Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Line Cook to passionately prepare, portion, and cook items to our quality specifications. You will uphold safe handling, cleanliness, and sanitation while using proper equipment and recipe standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining a clean work area, assessing ingredient freshness, portioning accurately, and being a team player who supports restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or equivalent kitchen role.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and food-safe kitchen environment.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food items according to quality specifications.
• Evaluate ingredients for freshness and quality and rotate stock as needed.
