The Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub in Brattleboro, VT is hiring a Line Cook who brings energy and a desire to learn. • Line cook experience or kitchen readiness preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, season and cook menu items to spec.
• Maintain quality and safety standards, and monitor portion control.
• Assist with station setup, plating, and kitchen cleaning.
