3E Franchise LLC, a Proud Layne’s Chicken Fingers franchise, is hiring for restaurant crew in Boardman Township, OH. We offer full and part-time shifts, flexible schedules, weekly pay, tips, and advancement opportunities.

As a team member you will handle cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, and kitchen tasks; you will be trained across positions to ensure excellent guest experiences and adherence to safety standards.

• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours.
• Lift up to 50lbs; climb small ladders; perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

As a member of our restaurant team you will be an important part of creating a positive dining experience for the guests visiting our restaurant. Whether you are a cashier, working the drive thru, front of house staff or in the kitchen, you and your team our the reason your customers continue coming back.
