Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Hotel Line Cook to join our fast-paced culinary team. You will prepare dishes with consistent quality by following brand recipe cards and ensure proper documentation and rotation of food items.

In this role, safety, timeliness, and presentation matter as you handle guest requests and maintain a clean, organized workstation. We welcome candidates who value guest satisfaction and teamwork to support our properties across North America.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
