Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Clearance Bucket Foreperson or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of line clearance techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and specifications.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid Driver's License. CDL with endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of line clearance crews
• Ensure safe and efficient completion of projects
• Plan and schedule work assignments
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Order and manage equipment and supplies
• Train and develop crew members
• Operate heavy equipment, including bucket trucks
