Job summary

Schwan's Company in Oklahoma is seeking a production associate for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, recording waste, and notifying supervisors of issues. Training for GMPs, USDA/OSHA standards, and safety procedures is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).
