Curia is seeking a LIMS Master Data Specialist III for our Rensselaer, NY site with relocation assistance. You will configure master data in LabVantage LIMS, manage data governance, and collaborate with QC, QA, IT to ensure compliant data systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in GMP-labs, a Life Sciences STEM degree, and hands-on experience with LabVantage/LabWare/STARLIMS, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences laboratory environment.
• Understanding of analytical testing and techniques.

Aufgaben

• Data Configuration: Create and revise master data elements in LabVantage LIMS, including test methods and specifications.
• Data Governance & Quality: Enforce data integrity standards, version control, and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with lab SMEs and IT to map workflows to system capabilities.
• System Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support, troubleshoot data anomalies, assist with migrations.
• Documentation: Maintain Master Data SOPs, data maps, and validation docs.
• Build and maintain test definitions, sampling plans, and stability protocols in LIMS.
• Coordinate with IT, QA, and QC leadership on system settings and permissions.
• Support audits by providing LIMS documentation and access.
• Execute validation test scripts for LIMS and supervise upgrades.
