Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a LIMS Master Data Analyst to support the preparation, cleansing and loading of QC master data for a global LIMS implementation. You will work with QC SMEs and project teams to ensure accurate data migration and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
• 0–4 years experience in data management, QC, LIMS, or validation.
• Experience with master data setup, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Proficiency with LIMS or similar systems.
• Knowledge of QC lab operations and data requirements.
• Familiarity with deviations, change controls, CAPAs and quality systems.
• Knowledge of validation principles and activities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cleanse, validate, and load QC master data for LIMS.
• Set up local master data per global guidelines and data principles.
• Enter master data into global LIMS for consumables, sampling plans, specs, tests, LES templates.
• Conduct data cleansing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist data migration and go-live readiness activities.
• Develop local work instructions for global processes at site level.
• Collaborate with QC SMEs and cross-functional teams during implementation.
• Maintain data integrity and support data quality throughout the project.
• Support quality systems validation activities and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
