Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino is seeking a Transportation Limousine Driver to provide on- and off-property transportation for up to six passengers. The role requires welcoming guests, following service standards, and coordinating with dispatch to fulfill passenger requests while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience preferred, plus valid driver’s licenses.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide casino, property, and city information.
• Comply with all departmental policies and service guarantees.
• Communicate with dispatchers and/or management by radio or telephone to exchange information and receive passenger requests.
• Ensure passengers follow safety regulations.
• Educate passengers regarding local information.
• Be familiar with surrounding streets, freeways, and airports.
• Maintain clean, fueled and properly serviced vehicle.
• Open and close doors for guests as they enter/exit.
• Demonstrate service orientation and professionalism at all times.
• Assist guests with disabilities as needed.
• Drive safely, within speed limits, and comply with resort policies.
• Remain calm during emergencies and communicate directions clearly.
