Job summary

Radiology Forward is seeking a Limited X-Ray Technologist in California to perform radiologic and fluoroscopy exams with high quality and patient-centered care. You will monitor patient well-being, respond to physician needs, and safeguard PHI and property in a team-focused clinical setting.

The role emphasizes professional behavior, respect for cultural sensitivities, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• A state license and/or ARRT certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Must have BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates a high level of competency and ensures team members are safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrates ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Will:

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

$26.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
