Honey Mental Health is seeking a Limited License Therapist (LLMSW or LLPC) for a full-time, W-2 role in Michigan. You will provide individual therapy to adults and facilitate groups, supported by supervision and a clear career path toward independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan LLMSW or LLPC license.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Actively working toward independent licensure.
• Commitment to building toward and maintaining a full-time caseload.
• Willingness to provide both individual and group therapy.
• Commitment to supervision and continued clinical development.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-informed care.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain an individual therapy caseload.
• Provide therapy to adults across a range of concerns.
• Facilitate groups in addition to individual sessions.
• Collaborate with Honey’s therapy, psychiatry, and leadership teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in supervision, group consultation, and case reviews.
• Develop clinical specialties over time.
• Engage in team meetings and training.
• Contribute to a collaborative office culture.
