Mission Rock Residential in Tigard, OR seeks a Leasing Consultant to support day-to-day property operations, lease administration, and resident relations. You will manage screening, rent collection, move-ins/outs, and tours with prospective residents.

The role requires 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant, strong PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook), and LIHTC experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and compensation details provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant is required.
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.
• LIHTC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Understand and explain screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid fees and communicate with residents regarding balances, enforcing the lease.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know apartment specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
