Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of financial or real estate experience, asset management preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees economic, financial, physical, and compliance needs of the portfolio for optimum performance.
• Collaborate with finance, construction, architecture, and accounting to meet standards.
• Review LIHTC documents and understand program implications for operations.
• Analyze budgets and forecasts for reforecasting and resolution.
• Manage rent rolls, budgets, tax returns, and audits with management companies.
