This is a Contracted position in the field of Live Event Staging, Crewing, & Production , located in Manhattan, NY .

The position pays $1,200.00 — $1,250.00 per week.

Lighting Technician – Live Event & Touring OpportunityGazillion Bubble Show | NYC / Touring The Gazillion Bubble Show is a long-running, internationally recognized theatrical production based in the Times Square theater district, celebrating 19+ years of continuous performances in New York City.

We are seeking a Lighting Technician to join our production team with the potential to extend into a paid touring position for the Gazillion Bubble Show from Spring–Summer 2026.

Professional live event environment—ideal for technicians in theater, music, and multi-artist showcase settings.

Schedule Overview

  • September 1st - 3rd – Warehouse prep, Cabling, mounts, clamps, lighting, power pre-patching, Event planning and semi truck load-in & out
  • September 7th - 11th – Load-in at venue, Unload equipment, Setup, patching, and programming, Rehearsals (most acts do not require rehearsal)
  • September 12th SHOW DAY – Call time: TBD, Event runs: TBD
  • Saturday & Sunday SHOW DAYS – 3 - 5 Shows per day
  • Monday - Friday 5 OFF DAYS
  • Coverage – Per Diem not provided, Tolls and approved external expenses covered, Lodging provided, Opportunity to be considered for future touring production work (2027)
