ABM is seeking an Engineer Helper in Houston, TX to support facility maintenance by replacing lamps, ballasts, and related components. You will assist engineers and maintenance staff, work at heights, and follow safety procedures on a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a lamper and maintenance.
• Ability to work with ladders and at heights.
• Must lift more than 50 lbs and work on varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Replace interior and exterior lamps, ballasts, and related lighting components.
• Assist engineers and maintenance staff with general building maintenance tasks.
• Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access elevated work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Respond to work orders during weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
