Job summary

Korrus in Anaheim, CA is hiring an Assembler to build lighting products and components on the production floor. You will follow work instructions, use hand and power tools, and assemble subassemblies to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate has good manual dexterity, reads diagrams, and works well in a team with safety and quality in mind. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products per work instructions and drawings.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify, report, and help resolve defective materials or assembly issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized and 5S compliant.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Follow all safety policies, quality procedures and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and fellow team members.
  • Assist with other manufacturing or warehouse duties as assigned.
