Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a Light Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in one of our facilities. The role involves cleaning and basic maintenance tasks performed in a facility setting. You will work with a crew to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

Schedule hours are 7:00am-3:30pm with some occasional overtime. We offer weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, EAP, and employee discounts as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
• Clean Offices
• Trash removal
• Light maintenance of small equipment
• Replacing Ceiling Tiles
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor
• Other cleaning duties as needed.
