Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Light Industrial Associate in Zeeland, Michigan. The role involves assembly and final inspection of automotive, commercial and agricultural equipment parts, with shifts 7:00–3:30 or 8:00–4:30 (employee choice). You must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for about 8 hours.

Some overtime may be required. Great attendance and performance are expected. The position offers a climate-controlled environment and is primarily Monday–Friday, with potential temp-hire based on

Qualifications

• Must maintain a great attendance and performance record.
• Need to be a self starter and self disciplined.
• Must have good eyesight or corrective lenses for inspecting small parts.

Responsibilities

• Working from 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm-employee choice.
• Assembly and Final Inspection of automotive, commercial and agricultural equipment parts.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Will be standing for 8 hrs/day.
• May have some overtime requirements.
