Keystone Technologies is seeking an Assembly Technician to support the production team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves light mechanical assembly, electrical wiring of lighting fixtures, and adherence to work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.

The candidate will perform quality checks, assist with re-packaging, and participate in Lean initiatives. A reliable transportation arrangement and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required for daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform light mechanical assembly and electrical wiring of lighting fixtures and related accessories.
• Conduct quality control checks and testing per work instructions.
• Disassemble units to repair or refit parts as needed.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.
• Meet daily/weekly production unit goals and assist with re-packaging when required.
• Identify daily defects and suggest process improvements using Lean principles.
