Crowder is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Georgia. The role involves operating a range of heavy equipment, performing site prep, grading, and material handling on civil construction projects across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• CDL required or preferred depending on role.
• Experience operating heavy construction equipment is preferred.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate small to mid-sized construction equipment (bobcats, backhoes, mini excavators, rollers, tampers, forklifts).
• Assist with site setup: unload materials, load gravel and dirt, and maintain grading and trench work as needed.
• Move materials around jobsite and support crew with daily tasks.

Primary Function: Operates smallequipment including, but not limited to, bobcats, backhoes, mini excavators, compactor rollers, tamps, and fork lifts.

Typical Duties include but are not limited to:

• Unload trucks
• Load gravel, dirt, and sand
• Smooth and grade roads
• Spread rock and gravel
• Trench and construct ditches
• Move material around jobsite

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• CDL Preferred
• Practice good safety habits
• Must be qualified to run equipment
