Job summary

Cohen Recycling in the greater Cincinnati area is seeking a dependable Light Equipment Operator to support loading, moving, and processing materials at our Miamisburg/Middletown sites. You will operate light equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, and skid steers while maintaining safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include outdoor work in all weather conditions, performing inspections, following safety policies, and collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• At least 1 year of forklift, bobcat, skid steer, or related equipment experience preferred.
