Mykelly is sourcing for an assembly line position partnered with Electrolux in Springfield, TN. The role is long-term Temp-To-Hire with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Flexible availability is required for 1st shift operations.

Responsibilities include assembling components on an assembly line using hand tools and ensuring products meet quality standards; candidates should be able to stand for long periods and handle insulation exposure.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift 40 lbs repeatedly.

Position Description:

Assembles various parts on an assembly line to create a completed functional product using their hands and various air tools that meet or exceed both our customers and the company’s expectations in quality. The positions are long-term Temp-To-Hire.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BASIC SKILLS:

• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to stand up for 8 to10 hour periods at a time.
• Able to work where insulation is present.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks on a moving assembly line within the time-restricted breakdown designated for that task.
