Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks knowledgeable field service technicians to diagnose and repair Crown and other lift trucks at customer sites. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, keeping the service van stocked, and completing all required paperwork after each job.

Qualified candidates will have less than 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Ability to read and understand service manuals and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
