Job summary

San Antonio Regional Hospital is seeking a Lift Team Technician to provide direct patient care, including lifting, turning, transferring, and repositioning patients as needed. You will work closely with nurses and therapists to ensure safe handling and comfort.

The role may involve teaching patients and staff, light clerical duties, and basic equipment maintenance. AHA BLS certification is required, and hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: Able to work as a team member, and able to effectively communicate with patients, and have strong organizational skills.
• License/Certifications: Adult and pediatric American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
• Equipment: List of equipment potentially used to do the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School Graduate.
• Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

PAY RANGE

$23.00 - $31.82

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
