Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Lift Operator for its Distribution Center to safely and efficiently move materials where they are needed. You will stock, stage, and assist other warehouse roles to keep stores nationwide stocked and ready to serve guests.

The role expects pride in safety, speed, and teamwork, with a valid lift operator license and a high school diploma or GED. Background checks are part of the hiring requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have lift operator license and certification.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely and efficiently within the distribution center.
• Stock, stage, and assist other warehouse roles as needed.

You’ll Make the Moment

As a Lift Operator, you’ll help keep our Distribution Center humming by safely and efficiently moving materials where they need to go. Whether you’re stocking, staging, or pitching in to support other warehouse roles, you’ll be an important part of the team that helps stores stay stocked and ready to serve guests across the country.

• Takes pride in doing things safely and efficiently
• Feels at home in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Looks out for your team and jumps in where needed
• Has a lift operator license and certification
• Has high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Can meet our hiring requirements including a background check
