Woodward Park City, a POWDR property in Utah, seeks a Lift Operations Supervisor to lead daily lift operations, staffing, safety, and guest experience for a team of 10–40 seasonal employees. You will coordinate with the Mountain Operations (Tubing) Supervisor to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading employees, managing schedules, and supporting daily operations.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use scheduling systems and basic computer programs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing weather, staffing, guest volume, and operational conditions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across lift, tubing, and other mountain operations.

Lift Operations Supervisor

About the Role

The Lift Operations Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily operation, staffing, safety, guest experience, and performance of Woodward Park City's lift operations team. This position leads approximately 10-40 seasonal employees and ensures safe, efficient, guest-focused operations. This role works closely with the Mountain Operations (Tubing) Supervisor to coordinate staffing, safety, daily priorities, and guest-service needs, and provides operational support within tubing when business needs require.

Work Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying and potentially severe weather.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours as operational needs require.
• Ability to move between lift and tubing operating areas as needed.
• Successful completion of a background check, as required.
