Job summary

Transporting Logistics is seeking dedicated solo drivers for a regional West Memphis, AR area fleet. You will earn an average of $1,380 weekly, with top drivers around $1,700 weekly, and be paid with mileage pay plus stop pay with fast payouts after your first load.

Rail-free, home-time each week and a 34-hour reset ensure you can enjoy time off. The role runs across TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL with 53-foot dry vans and automatic transmissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of recent driving experience.
• Mandatory pre-employment substance screening via hair follicle analysis and urinalysis toxicology testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53-foot dry van sleeper trucks on regional routes from West Memphis, AR to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL and AL.
• Deliver an estimated 1,500 miles weekly across 3 loads with 3 stops per load; unload using roto-carts and lift gates.
• Return home weekly with a 34-hour reset, maintaining consistent home time.

THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE:

• Average $1,380 weekly ($71,760/yr), with top-performing drivers bringing home $1,700 per week ($88,400 annualized).
• Get paid through competitive mileage pay combined with dedicated stop pay and fast payouts starting right after your first load.

ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS:

• Run regional runs originating out of West Memphis, AR, servicing delivery locations across TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.
• Deliver an estimated 1,500 miles weekly (3 loads per week, 3 stops per load) utilizing roto-carts and lift gates to unload full truckloads.
• Pull 53-foot dry vans behind automatic-transmission sleeper trucks, with a requirement to park the truck at home or at a secure location.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME:

• Get back home every week for a consistent 34-hour reset so you can actually enjoy your time off.
