Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, LLC in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Lift Operator to drive a forklift, pull picker requests, and support multiple warehouse tasks on 1st shift.

The role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and contribute to on-time order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate lift to move and retrieve items.
• Pull picker requests for Active and Red-E-Service.
• Pull hem and RES cases; assist in quality audits.
• Pull cases for other departments; print-and-pick lists as needed.
• Pull active stock for picking and move cases from hi-bay to ship.
• Perform cycle counts and put away receiving stock.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times.

Workwear Outfitters is also the exclusive licensee for Dickies apparel in the B2B channel.Our Purpose: “We champion and empower workers who make our world work better.”Major benefits include medical, vision, and dental, Life and Disability coverage.Other benefits included: 401K, Tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Accounts, and many others.REQUIREMENTS:Lift driving experience is preferred.This position requires a high attention to detail and quality.This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.Ability to handle multiple tasks.Ability to work overtime.Ability to work weekends, when needed.Must follow directions well.Good attendance is a must.Must be able to operate at heights above 30 feetRESPONSIBILITIES:This associate will drive a lift and will perform multiple tasks.They will pull pickers' requests for Active and Red-E-Service, pull hem cases for hemming, pull RES cases for Red-E-Service, etc.They will also be required to pull cases that will go into the quality department for auditing purposes.Some cases print on lists for various reasons that will need to be pulled and taken to other departments throughout the facility.Part of the daily routine will also include pulling active stock for active picking, pulling cases from the hi-bay to ship to our customers, performing cycle counts, and also putting away cases coming out of receiving.Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is worthy of sharing with visitors at all times.HOURS: 1st shift hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
