Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and delight guests; maintain a welcoming front desk presence.
• Accurately process sales orders and assist with financing, with thorough documentation.
• Address customer concerns independently when possible.
• Assist with store opening/closing duties and cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management.
