Job summary

Lifespace Communities in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to plan and lead daily activities for residents, maintain records, and foster one-on-one relationships. You will support the director in arranging programs and outings, and help create the Monthly Event Calendar.

The role prefers a high school diploma and at least one year of experience, especially in recreational activities. Compensation depends on experience; pay ranges hourly from $16.00 to $21.98+, with room for growth

• Communicate programming information via various media methods to include weekly, monthly newsletter, in-house television channel, postings, mailing, electronic messaging, etc.
