Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Stylist to provide a range of hair services at LifeSpa and Salon, enhancing guest well-being and the club experience. You will perform haircuts, coloring, perms, highlights, and foiling, and drive sales of services and products to exceed guest expectations.

The role requires a Cosmetology license, a completed cosmetology program, and 1–3 years of styling experience. You must stay current with trends, educate clients on products, and maintain salon standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• 1–3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments that meet clients' needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to assist them in maintaining their style.
