Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Hairstylist to provide hair services and treatments, educate guests on LifeSpa and Salon products, and stay current with trends. The role emphasizes salon standards, service excellence, and promoting LifeSpa offerings.

The stylist should maintain a clean station, deliver quality hair care, and participate in ongoing professional certifications to enhance guest satisfaction and club experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Some services include haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling that result in sales, services and products that exceed the guest’s expectations.

Position Requirements
