Qualifications

• Criminal Record Checks, Child Abuse Clearances, and FBI Clearances required for everyone age 18+ in the home.
• Home must be insured and pass state safety standards.
• Independent contractor role with stipend and funds for personal expenses.

Responsibilities

• Open your home to an adult with an intellectual disability and provide a supportive living environment.
• Coordinate with Lifesharing staff for matching, visits, and ongoing support.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state requirements; participate in training and on-call coverage when needed.
