Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe swimmers and enforce pool rules to ensure safety.
• Administer first aid for injuries and document incidents.
• Inspect pool areas and equipment for cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor water quality and chemical balance.
• Communicate with the public about lessons and safety programs.
• Instruct Learn to Swim participants and track progress.
• Coordinate class aides and ensure lifeguards are on duty.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist with pre-season maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
