Job summary

Eau Claire Golf and Country Club is seeking a part-time Lifeguard to ensure a safe and positive pool environment for members and guests in Wisconsin. Compensation includes $13-15 per hour plus $20-40 per hour for swim lesson instruction, with a flexible schedule during the pool season.

Qualified candidates will have CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety/Instructor certifications, and ideally two years of lifeguarding experience. Join a team dedicated to safety and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years lifeguarding experience preferred.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Water Safety/Instructor Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimmers and pool activities to promote a safe environment.
• Respond to minor injuries using approved first aid procedures.
• Support cleanliness and organization of locker rooms and pool facilities.
• Assist with swim clinics and private lessons as scheduled.
• Enforce pool rules with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Perform basic pool maintenance including chemical checks and vacuuming.
