A local aquatics facility in Las Vegas seeks a Lifeguard / Swim Instructor to ensure the safety of patrons while providing excellent service. Responsibilities include constant surveillance, emergency response, and facilitating a positive environment for kids learning to swim. Must have Lifeguard and CPR certifications, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping children. Qualifications

• Must have current Lifeguard and CPR certifications.
• Ability to work with children effectively.
• Leadership and teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proof of vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance of patrons.
• Respond immediately to emergencies.
• Communicate facility rules to patrons.
• Provide emergency care as needed.
• Cross-train in multiple roles.
• Deliver a Golden Experience to guests.
