SwimKids | An Emler Swim School in the United States is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure a safe, fun environment where kids learn to swim and thrive. You’ll stay alert, enforce rules, perform rescues, and assist instructors to promote water safety for all ages.

Qualificações

• Must hold current Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong swimming and rescue abilities with quick decision-making.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and calm under pressure.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• At least 15 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor pool activities to maintain a safe, positive environment.
• Enforce pool rules and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Perform rescues, administer first aid, and use CPR/AED when needed.
• Conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Support instructors and educate swimmers on water safety.
• Keep the pool area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Participate in training and safety drills.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining safety oversight.
• Assist with events and swim programs as needed.
