Job summary

Loch Lloyd Country Club seeks dedicated Lifeguards for the 2026 pool season to help ensure guest safety and provide friendly, attentive service at our resort-style pool.

Responsibilities include monitoring pool activities, responding to emergencies with CPR/First Aid, enforcing rules, keeping the pool area clean, and assisting members and guests. Training and staff meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current lifeguard certification.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
• Lifeguard experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities and ensure safety of all swimmers at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies with CPR, first aid or other lifesaving measures.
• Enforce pool rules to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized pool area and functioning equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members/guests with inquiries.
• Work with a team to uphold safety and service standards.
• Attend mandatory training and meetings as required.
