Job summary

City of McMinnville's Aquatic Center seeks lifeguards for morning and mid-day shifts. The role requires availability for 5:30am-10:00am, 10:30am-1:00pm, and/or 3:00pm-5:30pm, totaling 15–25 hours weekly. You will be trained and expected to follow Lifeguard standards and center guidelines.

Must be 15+ with a lifeguard certification. Responsibilities include preventing accidents, quick emergency response, CPR/first aid, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for patrons while adhering to

Qualifications

• Must hold Star Guard Elite Lifeguard Certification or equivalent; cross-over to SGE within three months.
• Available for weekday shifts: 5:30am-10:00am, 10:30am-1:00pm, and/or 3:00pm-5:30pm.
• Must be at least 15 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prevent accidents and minimize hazardous conditions.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and administer first aid/CPR as needed.
• Enforce policies and maintain a friendly, safe environment.
