Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is hiring a lifeguard to ensure guest safety around pool areas and to maintain high standards of service. The role requires strong swimming skills, English communication, and the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Previous lifeguard experience is preferred.
• Strong swimming ability and water confidence required
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Keep current with Certifications and Training for Lifeguard Certification Program.
• Maintain guest safety in pool areas with adherence to pool safety standards.
• Perform daily safety checks of pool area and slides for hazards.
• Adhere to pool safety standards, including adverse weather procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for maintaining guest safety in all pool areas, demonstrating professional and consistent adherence to all pool safety standards.
• Performs daily safety checks of pool area and slides for potential hazards.
• Adheres to all pool safety standards, including safety procedures for adverse weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
