Job summary

iGuard Lifeguard Training in Nevada is seeking a Lifeguard Instructor to lead ARC-based courses with energy and care. You will evaluate learners, refine materials with peers, and ensure compliance with ARC regulations while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years old, current ARC Lifeguard Certification, and 2+ years lifeguarding with teaching preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

iGuard Lifeguard Training is Nevada's premier aquatic safety education provider and the top American Red Cross service provider in the region since 2018, ARC - certified training lifeguard teams across 30 + resort, casino, and fitness properties on and off the Las Vegas Strip. We're looking for a Lifeguard Instructor who can bring energy, expertise, and genuine care to every class - someone who understands that great instruction is what stands between a trainee and an real emergency.

What You\'ll Do

1. Lead lifeguard training and certification courses per ARC curriculum.
