Job summary

Join our team as a Lifeguard with Priority Dispatch Corp. at the YMCA—stay active, help keep swimmers safe, and earn $18 per hour during midday shifts (12-5pm). Training and certification are provided, and a free YMCA membership is included.

We welcome all ages, offer flexible Monday–Friday hours, and provide a supportive, mission-driven workplace. Must be at least 15 years old and ready to complete CPR, lifeguard training, and first aid with our program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Willingness to complete lifeguard and CPR training (provided).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong swimming and lifesaving skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep swimmers safe and respond to emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Maintain a positive pool environment.
