Position Summary

We are seeking qualified lifeguards able to ensure the safety and well‑being of patrons using the waterpark, both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor waterpark is open seasonally (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Applicants must have the ability to successfully complete and maintain certification programs as instructed by the property, be reliable, possess prior customer service or work experience, and be available during operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Requirements / Qualifications

• Must successfully complete the American Red Cross Certification and blood‑borne pathogen programs as required by the property.
• Attend regular in‑service training and stay current on new policies and procedures pertaining to duties as a lifeguard.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail‑oriented individual who can maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to maintain a composed, approachable and professional attitude.

Must be able to successfully pass a background check as it relates to the job responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities
