University of California - San Francisco is seeking a Lifeguard to support the Aquatics unit at our UCSF facilities. You will ensure patron safety, assist in emergencies, and maintain pool areas across sites.
Responsibilities include supervising pool areas, performing first aid, completing records, and coordinating with other lifeguards and staff. Must hold Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED and related certifications, with high school diploma or GED.

The Lifeguard works under direct supervision of the Aquatics Manager and is responsible for carrying out the day‑to‑day operations of the Aquatics unit, which includes customer service, patron safety, pool maintenance, emergency procedures/evacuations, and daily safety checks of the swimming pools and surrounding areas.
