Job summary

Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia seeks a Lifeguard to oversee the pool and spa areas and ensure member safety. You will monitor behavior, enforce rules, maintain cleanliness, and balance chemicals while operating pumps and equipment.

Certifications required within 30 days: Lifeguard, AHA BLS-HCP and First Aid; WSI preferred. Shifts are fully in-person, any day. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $18.00 per hour; benefits and pension offered.

Qualifications

• High school education (minimum two years).
• Six months lifeguard experience preferred.
• Lifeguard, AHA BLS-HCP and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire; Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred.

Responsibilities
