Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Broken Arrow, OK is looking to hire team members to ensure safety and provide training for children learning to swim. Candidates will engage in lifeguard duties and assist in creating a safe and welcoming environment. Initial training will occur at the Tulsa Hills location before the Broken Arrow site opens.

This role necessitates the ability to work with children and ensures that safety standards, including proper pool sanitation, are maintained. Flexibility in scheduling and a supportive company culture are part of the job offerings.

The Broken Arrow location is being built as we speak! Opening is projected as August 4th. We need to hire our team beforehand for training. Interview and initial training would occur out of our Tulsa Hills location (address is on the listing).

Primary Responsibilities

• Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision

Safety Standards

• Every shift has an on-staff cleaner to sanitize high touch areas in our lobby and pool areas
• Our pools are disinfected with chlorine to provide the safest swimming environment
  • The CDC states that proper operation, maintenance and disinfection of the water with chlorine should remove or inactivate the virus
• Our state-of-the‑art ventilation system allows fresh air to continuously circulate into our building, further minimizing the spread of any airborne virus
  • Industry experts note that indoor pools are far superior at minimizing virus transmission than most indoor spaces
