Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused program manager for Supply Chain Planning to manage all operations associated with product transitions. This role drives end-to-end transition planning, balancing demand, supply, and inventory while mitigating risk.

The successful candidate will coordinate across Product Line Management, Engineering, Demand Planning, Commodity Management, and Procurement to deliver seamless product transitions with minimal customer

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in supply chain planning or related fields.
• Experience managing EOL, LTB, or product transition programs.
• Experience in complex hardware supply chains and supplier management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Materials Execution, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Experience using Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM or similar enterprise planning solutions.
• Maintain and govern Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Responsibilities

• Lead transition planning activities for product lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute transition plans balancing customer demand, supplier commitments, and inventory objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with PLM, Engineering, Demand Planning, Procurement.
• Monitor supply availability and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage inventory across the product lifecycle to minimize shortages and obsolescence.
• Maintain Bills of Materials with accuracy and configuration integrity.
• Support NPI and EOL planning.
