RTX is seeking a Life Cycle Systems Engineer I to work onsite in Woburn, MA. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize system readiness and total ownership cost across product life cycles, from provisioning to disposal.

The role emphasizes data management, spare parts analysis, maintenance planning, and training material creation, with depot repair and sustainment support as core activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience with engineering principles and troubleshooting.
• Coursework in relational or matrix databases.
• Experience via work, research, coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support analyses and investigations alongside senior engineers.
• Develop and organize technical data elements (provisioning lists, spares, failure trends, manuals).
• Collaborate to track hardware through production or repair pipelines.
• Assist in entering design change information into lifecycle databases.
• Support development of data tracking, reporting, and monitoring tools.
