Job summary

Armstrong Group is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Engagement & Growth to own engagement with existing customers and grow their lifetime value. You will lead strategies across email, SMS, app, and content-driven programs to deepen relationships and increase ARPU, while promoting upgrades and bundles that benefit customers.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally in telecom, broadband, or another subscription business.
  • Proven experience building engagement and cross-sell programs across email, SMS, and in-app.
  • A strong email and newsletter background, including content strategy and audience growth.
  • Strong segmentation and data skills, comfortable tracking ARPU, LTV, and revenue per campaign.
  • A genuine voice-of-the-customer instinct and comfort collaborating on the product roadmap.
  • Comfort embracing emerging technology, including AI, to work more efficiently, e.g. next-best-action and propensity modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Own Data and Reporting for Growth: Track and report engagement, ARPU, cross-sell, and LTV.
  • Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Welcome/onboarding, and Social/Content.

As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Engagement & Growth, you own how Armstrong engages its existing customers and grows their lifetime value. You turn satisfied customers into deeply engaged ones, and engaged ones into more valuable, longer-tenured households. This is a creative, data-driven role for someone who can find fresh ways to stay meaningfully connected to the base and make every interaction earn its place. You own engagement of the base, and you own it in service of both keeping customers and growing them.What You’ll DoOwn Customer Engagement and Lifetime Value: Lead the overall strategy for deepening customer relationships and maximizing the value of Armstrong’s subscriber base.Build and Optimize Engagement Programs: Develop and continually enhance email, newsletter, SMS, app, and content-driven programs that keep customers informed, connected, and loyal.Drive Upgrades, Cross-Sell, and Bundles: Increase customer value and tenure by promoting speed-tier upgrades, product add-ons, and richer bundles—framed as genuinely beneficial, not a hard sell.
