As Lifecycle Marketing Manager at ULTRA, youll be the builder behind how every Ultra customer experiences the brand after they buy. Reporting to the Head of Growth and working closely with the CMO, your job is to design, build, and continuously improve the lifecycle experiences that turn first-time buyers into loyal, high-value customers.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role. Youll live inside our ESP, build highly personalized onboarding journeys, develop and brief compelling comms, and manage the day-to-day complexity of a growing lifecycle program—then read the data to understand whats working and iterate fast.
The strategy will be set in close partnership with Growth and the CMO; your craft is bringing it to life with precision and creativity, and using performance signals to make every cohorts experience better than the last. You should care deeply about the customers perspective, sweat the details of great communication, and understand how your work connects to the metric that matters most here: retention.
